About the event
The Vedas speak of two kinds of educational systems, one deals with material knowledge (aparā-vidyā) and the other deals with transcendental knowledge (parā-vidyā). In this universe there are two main energies, superior and inferior (parā- and aparā-prakṛti), the living entities belong to the superior nature. To acquiring knowledge there are different processes; knowledge acquired through experiment (ārohapanthā), inductive logic, and knowledge received from authorities (avaroha-panthā), deductive logic. The aim of all scientific research work is to understand in factual reality the source of everything, the Absolute Truth (jīvasya tattva-jijñāsā).
