About the event
The word 𝘷𝘦𝘥𝘢 means knowledge. The root word of it is 𝘷𝘪𝘥, which means to know, so 𝘷𝘦𝘥𝘢 means that which has been known or understood. Any branch of knowledge is considered to be 𝘷𝘦𝘥𝘢.
To acquire knowledge there are different processes; knowledge acquired through experiment (āroha-panthā), inductive logic, and knowledge received from authorities (avaroha-panthā), deductive logic. According to the Vedic approach there are also two kinds of educational systems, one deals with material knowledge (aparā-vidyā) and the other deals with transcendental knowledge (parā-vidyā).
So what are the practical implementation of the above processes and systems, what benefits do we get from either.
