About the event
Different limbs of the classical Aṣṭānga-Yoga process are meant to pacify the mind through proper behavior and observances,
physical exercise and breathing technics, in order to strengthen and focus our mental ability on the essential things in our daily lives. Especially nowadays where we are confronted with so many distractions, literally we are bombarded with all kinds of information throughout all day long. So at times it gets very difficult to focus on essentials, to connect with the ultimate source of power.
How best to organize ourselves in order to succeed in our attempts to manage our daily duties in a sustainable and positive way.
