How can I enhance my physical and mental stability, courage and determination, build up trust, ability to forgive and give without expectations, as well as my connection to the Divine?


In the Vedic science of Chakras we receive holistic knowledge of our existence and tools to get to know ourselves better; we see and feel beyond the visible body, come to stillness, reflect, and explore the roots of behavioural patterns. Chakras are energy centres in our body that are connected to different organs, abilities, and qualities we may have or lack. Balancing and healing the Chakras naturally cannot be completed within one session, but we can get an insight and initial understanding of the different chakras, about the simple yet powerful tools for balancing them (eg. asanas, meditation, journaling, emotion-release practices, specific diets etc.).
