About the event
“Once we were somewhere, then we were constantly elsewhere and now we’re nowhere.“
In today’s world we get bombarded with around 30-100 GB of information a day. That is around what people were confronted with, in their whole life, 500 years ago. Psychologists assume that decision-making fatigue, burnout and other mental health issues become the most severe problems humanity has to face.
In this session we want to address this topic and try to get some insights about it and practice tools to refocus and learn to be more in the present, to be absorbed.
About the Speaker: Yamuna Mach was born in Vietnam, her parents were familiar with the Vedic tradition and practiced its culture, conveying to her from childhood years the basic principles while staying in Mayapur (India).
