About the event
Michael Cremo, born July 15, 1948 in Schenectady, New York, is an American freelance researcher, member of The World Archeological Congress and the European Association of Archaeologists as well as an associate member of the Bhaktivedanta Institute specializing in history and philosophy of science.
He has published several books and scientific papers on Anthropology, Cosmology and Vedic Culture, amongst them well received and especially noteworthy: Forbidden archeology. The hidden history of the human race and Puranic Time and the Archeological Record.
The Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam (Bhāgavata Purāṇa), an ancient Sanskrit text, has elaborate descriptions of flying craft called vimanas. There are three kinds of vimanas (Spacecraft): vimanas made of gross material elements, vimanas made of subtle material elements, and vimanas made of nonmaterial elements
